Engineering

Engineers are problem-solvers, and we believe the world needs more of them.

A. James Clark never forgot that his business success began with an engineering scholarship. So as his company grew, so did his dedication to fostering the growth and development of tomorrow’s engineering leaders. Today, our Foundation continues Mr. Clark’s legacy of investing in engineering scholarship through support of engineering education at several colleges and universities. From improving facilities to recruiting the best faculty and students to expanding access to students who otherwise couldn’t afford an engineering degree, we invest to ensure that tomorrow’s engineers are equipped to help solve society’s toughest problems.

We focus our engineering education investments in three key areas:

  • Clark Scholars Program

    Clark Scholars Program

Our signature academic program, combining engineering, business, leadership and community service.

  • Engineering Scholarships

    Engineering Scholarships

We believe lack of financial means shouldn't stop anyone from pursuing an engineering degree.

  • Engineering Pipeline

    Engineering Pipeline

We invest in STEM and other programs that ready students to study engineering at the university level.
